Commodore Plus/4 + accessories + manuals

The Plus/4 was introduced in June 1984 and priced at US$299 (equivalent to over $700 today). Commodore's intent was to expand the home computer market and sell the Plus/4 to users who were more interested in serious applications than in gaming. It was discontinued in 1985.
This is the "Computer-Lernkurs Basic-programmiersprachehine" package edition. It comes with all original boxes and parts, but the basic course and manual.

In this lot, the following items are included:
- 1 x Commodore Plus4 main unit S.N: DA4 49746.
- Original power supply (EU plug).
- Original manuals.
- 1531 Tape recorder.

Note: this Plus4 is in very good conditions, and LOW SERIAL (one of the first 50K units produced).

For your knowledge, the serial number DAy xxxxxx means: German production (y = year, xxxxxx = sequential production that year). Thus, this machines is dated 1984. LOW SERIAL! The other production sites were CAy = West Chester (North America), DAy = Germany, HAx = Hong Kong.
To sum up, it is a well-preserved machine with a few hours of use.
